Clear expectations for using Melivio.

You must provide accurate account information, keep sign-in details secure and tell Melivio if you suspect unauthorised access. Adults who create information about a child must have appropriate authority to do so and are responsible for choosing who joins their family or coaching workspace.

Do not share invitation links or connection codes with people who should not receive access. You remain responsible for activity performed through your account unless you have reported that it is compromised.

Use Melivio for lawful football coaching, development and Journey purposes. Do not upload unlawful, abusive, exploitative, misleading or privacy-infringing material; attempt to access another workspace; interfere with the service; or use Melivio to harass, rank or pressure a child.

Only upload photographs, videos, memories and other information you are entitled to use. Consider the privacy and dignity of everyone shown or named, especially children.

You retain ownership of content you submit, including family photographs, videos, football memories, Journey entries, plans and user-created drills. Melivio does not take ownership of that content.

You give Melivio the limited permission needed to store, process, reproduce and display your content to you and other authorised users so the service can operate. That permission lasts only as necessary to provide the service and handle legitimate operational, backup or legal requirements. You must have the rights and permissions needed to grant it.

Melivio's name, branding, software, interface and curated football content remain Melivio property or are used under licence. These terms do not transfer those rights to users.

Melivio helps organise coaching information and offers curated or AI-supported tools. It does not replace a qualified coach's judgement, safeguarding duties, medical advice, legal advice or an appropriate assessment of a player's needs and environment.

AI-supported output must be reviewed by the user. You are responsible for deciding whether a practice, Challenge, plan or suggestion is appropriate and safe.

Melivio is currently an evolving early-access product. Features may change, experience interruptions or be withdrawn. Melivio will take reasonable care when operating the service but does not promise uninterrupted availability or that every feature will suit every purpose.

Authentication, hosting, storage and optional AI functions depend on third-party services including Supabase, Vercel and OpenAI. Their availability can affect Melivio. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded; final limitation and jurisdiction wording requires legal review.

Melivio may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, children, data or the service; investigate misuse; or respond to a legal requirement. Where appropriate, Melivio will explain the reason and route to raise a concern.

You can stop using Melivio and request assistance with account or data deletion through Support. Some records may need verification or careful handling so that one user cannot remove another person's workspace or historical data improperly.

Terms may change as the product and business develop. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date. Paid-subscription, refund and marketplace terms are not included because those capabilities are not currently live.
