Football memories are personal. Melivio treats them that way.

A child's football life can include names, progress, matchday details and moments a family deeply values. Melivio is designed so those experiences can sit together without becoming a public social feed or child leaderboard.

The aim is simple: help families support football development and preserve meaningful memories, with access limited to the people invited into the relevant coaching context.

A private Journey can bring together garden practice, Challenges, Personal Bests, first goals, tournaments, trophies, training progress, family matchdays, photographs and videos. Over time, it can become a record of football childhood that a family can look back on.

Adding media is optional. Text-only Moments and practice records remain available, and formal team administration is not required for a Parent Journey.

Your family retains ownership of its photos, videos, Journey entries and memories. Melivio needs limited permission to store and display that content to authorised users as part of the service; it does not become Melivio's content.

Parent Journey media is stored in private storage and delivered using time-limited access links. A specific photo or video decision is recorded for each child before a new private upload is authorised. Media is not automatically made public. No service can guarantee absolute security, so families should still choose carefully what they add.

Family access follows clear workspace roles. The Owner manages the family workspace and invitations. Contributors can help add and manage appropriate content. Viewers can follow the Journey but cannot add or change it.

Joining a Team or connecting a player does not expose private Parent Journey notes or media to unrelated Team coaches. Only narrowly defined football information crosses an explicit player connection; private photos, videos, observations, reviews and contact details do not.

Unknown, declined or withdrawn child-media permission blocks new uploads. Owners can review choices from the child's profile. Changing a choice does not automatically remove existing media, because deletion should be deliberate rather than surprising.

Use Support for help removing unwanted content, media or account data. Melivio verifies authority before acting so another user cannot remove a family's information improperly.

Please contact Support for suspected unauthorised access, unwanted or inappropriate content, a safeguarding concern, a family access problem, or a privacy/data request. Avoid including unnecessary child information in an initial message.
